I have a 93 lx that vibrates at idle and is very annoying. I have repleced the timing belt several times due to a bad bearing on the tensioner on the water pump, cleaned the IAC valve replaced the plugs and wires and started replaceing the lifters one two at a time(16 bucks apiece(plungers worn out)). Also pulled and relpaced the timing advance plug. The engine runs great and will idle smooth if you just touch the gas. At normal idle it shakes the dash and steering wheel. Anything I missed???http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/smilies/uhoh.gif

I had a similar problem with my 93 LX, and I found the problem to be a loose bracket on the exhaust pipe. Let me explain. On the underside of the car, on the exhaust pipe, there is a bracket that connects to the oil pan. The screw that held the bracket to the oil pan must have vibrated loose and came out. I noticed this when I crawled under there to change the oil. Anyway, that pipe was really banging around and caused alot of vibration. I put another screw in and it made a big difference, especially at idle. Maybe you could check that bracket. The bracket connects to the side of the oil pan and can be easily seen when your under the car. Hope this helps.
