Service Manual on CD?

Is anyone familar with a company that puts automotive service manuals on cd as pdfs or something? Preferably original service manuals not aftermarket ones, unless they have more detail than the haynes or chilton manuals. For recent vehicles like the books mentioned in the back of owners manuals being sold for 100$ or so.
