My FIRST MODEL *PICS*Artem1985il 11-18-2003, 12:34 AM This is the first model I made about a month ago - before I knew about this site, about polishing, primer, or masking tabe - it's obvious from the pics. It's a Tamiya kit, as you have probably guessed. Let me know what you think :feedback: . http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/112163Enzo-1.jpg http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/112163Enzo-2.jpg http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/112163Enzo-4.jpg http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/112163Enzo-3.jpg http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/112163Enzo-5.jpg I discovered this site this morning and decided to model once more - screw the savings for my tuition :evillol: . I've already ordered over $80 worth of stuff (about $20 for shipping from 4 different sites) - Tamiya Nissan 350Z, rims, Scale Auto Style N kit, and Studio 27 etching upgrade (I have no idea what it is). I'll put up a thread with my progress as soon as I get all the stuff. Honoturtle 11-18-2003, 12:44 AM Well, it looks really good for a first car! You must be liying! :) The only thing I see wrong is the camber angle on the front left side of the car. On my first model, I paint went no where near it.. assembled with elmers glue and scotch tape! TougeMonkey 11-18-2003, 01:01 AM You just started out with the holy grail of 1:25 auto kits. And it turned out real nice. Now you have no where to go :p Except improving your skills and customizing. CADguy 11-18-2003, 08:46 AM That's an impressive start. Good job! I've been building off and on for 20 years and the Enzo kit is still a bit intimidating for me. The underside of the rear deck could use a coat of black. Other than that it looks great. EMAXX 11-18-2003, 09:01 AM Looks really good for a first car. Keep us posted on the Skyline, I have that same Nismo body kit, but don't have a Skyline yet, so just tell me how the build is. Artem1985il 11-18-2003, 09:06 AM Looks really good for a first car. Keep us posted on the Skyline, I have that same Nismo body kit, but don't have a Skyline yet, so just tell me how the build is. It's a 350Z, not a Skyline...but I will post my progress. Thanks for all the feedback. primera man 11-19-2003, 04:19 PM If thats your first model, i cant wait to see what number 20+ will look like :) asaenz 11-20-2003, 03:17 PM Very nice car.
