If I remember correctly...

D = Dual Overhead Cam
E = Electronic Fuel Injection
T = Number of Turbos (TT = Twin Turbo)

The "RB" doesn't necessarily mean "Race Bred." It is only the name of the engine family. It's the same with SR, VG, VQ, VK, CA, FJ, etc.

The rb,sr,vq,and all of those are just like the type of engine design,like the family!

Yeah, and all engine codes mean something, wether it's significant or not
