should the fan on my L reg 1993 e36 be going all the time i am new to bmw and all my previous cars only use the fan when it is needed .but this seems to be on all the time making the engine take a long time to warm up and with winter on its way its freezin in the morning going to work ..previous cars i have had started blowing hot air after 5 minutes .my bmw can take upto 15 please help.and does anybody know where i can get hold of a glovebox unit for the same car i have the lighter coloured dash
