it looks like what they said about a 3:1 ratio fo rthe deisel... if 1:1 is atmosphereis pressue (14.7:1) then 3:1 would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 29 PSI of boost. (boost = total preassure - atmospheric pressure)

now if they say that this is available over a "wide range" hopefully meaning multiple engine types/sizesm, this could be a good thing. but you can tell by that whole part where they say "hig stregnth + lightweight components" that is not gonna be cheaper or even as cheap as conventional turbos.
