I have a 1994 del sol s model. I just posted about if i should get a b16 or a b18 and DarkEternal convinced me to go with the b18. Now i need to know if i should go with the supercharger or the turbo. Can anyone give me some advice?

go with a turbo even though a supercharger doesn't have turbo lag if you get a grizely turbo you can put down some serious horsepower pluse nothin looks sicker or sounds nicer then a turbo with a beautiful BOV

Supercharger or turbo? Good question, I asked that one myself at one point. I'd say that, it's up to your personal preference. It's true that you can bolt on a massive turbo that will give you an insane amount of power gains: BUT a turbo that large will also need to be rebuilt (along with your engine) just about every 60k miles...if it's your daily driver. You also have turbo lag and added weight with an intercooler. With a supercharger, you get extra power as soon as you stand on your gas pedal, but you need to keep a close eye on your oil pessure and temperature.
If it's of any worth, here's what I would do:
If it's a track only car, go ahead and put a turbo on. But my Sol is going to be a daily driver, so I'm going with a supercharger.

Good luck with your decision, but whatever you choose, just make sure your motor gets built right. That's the best way to avoid problems later on.

If you do a turbo right you dont have to rebuild you engine every 60k miles. I have a 1982 BMW 320i Turbo. Its custom turbocharged. I also have a 1995 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo. If you install the proper equipment on a turbocharged car it will last forever. YOu would need a turbo timer which keeps the car running untill the oil temp has droped suficently. Proper sized intercooler, boost controler, fuel inrichment. If done right a turbocharged vehcile will last for a very long time.
If you do go for forced induction do it properly, spend the money and get everything you need to make it reliable. It is more costly than a supercharger but more benificial in the long run:)
