I am taking delivery of an '04 nsx in December and is thinking about getting aftermarket rims for it. I do not want the wheels to look funny on the car and I want it to look normal when done with it. Does anyone know the current front and rear wheel offset for an '04 NSX? I am sticking with the 17 x 7 in the front and going with a 18 x 9 in the rear. I am thinking about these wheels, here is the link.

http://www.adrwheels.com/wheels/?sfID1=12&sfID2=40

The offset says for the front is either a 38 or 48 in the front and 35 in the back. If you know which one would be better in the front? and is that an OK offset # in the rear? I have been reading offset websites forever and still do not understand them????

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a llot.

Your question would be better posed here:
http://www.nsxprime.com/
The reason is that most of us there HAVE the car
There are a few owners that have offset wheels and can advise you better. Congrats and welcome! You also might want to join the NSX Club of America.
http://www.nsxca.org/nsxca/

They have events for you and your car often in the summer. If you want there are people that can best show you how to make your NSX perform on the track. You will pay for the track event but the teachers will cost you nothing ( also NSX owners ) Prepare yourself to go through ALOT of tires, The car EATS them! (offsets will make that worse) BTW.... Does it still warn you on the sales sticker that your tires will not last you 10,000 miles? ( the number of miles you will get is closer to 7000)
