Which bmw is this and what color?

Ive been trying to figure out which one this is:

I guess its an M series car but I dont know which one and which color it is. All the other blues do not seem as bright as this one.

it looks like a E46 M3 to me and the two blue colors bmw offers in the US are Laguna Seca and Mystic blue metallic
I think that car has the Laguna Seca blue

Yep, although the banner designer has added a blue tint to the colour.
