Well for the last open track day of the year, today sucked.
There was a zillion cars there so staging took forever. I only got 2 runs in.

My first run (and new personal best) they staged me next to a trailer-queen race-prepped Vette. Needless to say it was a bit distracting launching next to a high 8 second car.

I actually assumed that my run was bad since he left me sitting so badly, but I managed a new best of 12.068 @ 116.57 mph with a 60' of 1.88. The peak hold on my boost controller only registered 19 psi of boost and I did not stay on throttle for my shifts (I usually do)... so I am confident that squeezing and 11 is possible with Hyde the way he sits.

My second run I had an awesome smokey burnout, but was rejected from 2nd gear and only managed a 12.5 :( ... the lines for staging were insane so I left and called it a season.

11s .... *sigh* ... maybe next year. :wave:

Nice, those are still awesome times! 11's are with in reach now, just sucks you have to wait till next year.
