Hi, does anyone know the bosch model number of the hot wire AFM off the M70 V12?

Its BMW part number 13 62 1 733 678

Used on 750i, 850i/M70, 520i/M50, 320i/M50

Or even better do you know where i can find a flow chart of flow rate Vs voltage output?
