My question is if There is away of putting a SR20 S15 engine into a 99 Sentra LE For Instance a SR20 engine and a good tranny for FWD that would work with it?

You can put a det into your car, but not the one from any of the silvias. Those are setup for rwd, you have fwd, they are completely incompatible. However the det also came in the Bluebird and GTI-R, either of which you can swap into your car.

Doesn't your car have the sr20 already? I was pretty sure the 99 LE came with a regular sr20de. If so all you have to do is swap in the engine and ecu and you're good to go. If not then you will have to get a tranny from a b13 or b14 se-r, and motor mounts from the version of your car that came with the sr20.
