2F2F Mitsubishi Evo VII

Hey guyz, im planning on replicating the 2F2F Evo 7. Does anyone have any reference pics, tried looking for sum but came up with weird crap. Also, where can i get the decals, if they sell them?

Sport Compact Car mag test drove the Evo along with the GT-R, Rx7, Yenko, Supra, and S2K. They posted the article on their website if you wanna have a look for it http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/ Although I do know that it was equipped with a DAMD body kit, Motegi FF5 wheels I believe, GT wing, painted in House of Kolor Lime Gold Pearl, stock Brembo brakes, stock exhaust with an added tip, the blue stripe along the side is very simple, only a sectioned line similar to the Signal Auto one, the other decals, the two sets of rounded squares are simple, with the two in the foreground just being blue outlines and the two in the background containing pictures of the evolution itself, and the interior is of course stock, besides the added gauges and reupholstered seats.

I have a whole bunch of photos of one of the stand-in cars. I can post them too my site in the next few days. Also have a bunch of photos of the RX-7, the Charger, the Jetta and a few others.

I would say ur best bet would be AVS Model 5's, if u want to make them exactly alike, u can modify the AVS Model 5's a little bit to make them look like the Motegi's. They look similar.

Its an evo8 kit they planted on an evo7. Your best bet for wheels would have to be model 5's. All the decals will have to be home made and your paint might have to be a custom mix.
Id be most worried about the decals. There gonna be ALOT of work.
If you look closely at the pics, they have lots of fine lines running through them.

Does anyone know the paint code for this color? I think im gonna scratch build the body kit, and convert the AVS model 5's to Motegi's, but the decals i think joecwlaw could help me with.

House of Kolor Lime Gold Pearl. Black Gold stocks it as PBC-53.

Does anyone know if i using Tamiya Silver Leaf, Chrome Yellow and Candy Lime Green would work?

No offense to anyone that likes this car, or will take offense to this post, but that car looks like one little dinky riced out piece of SHIT.

Its not that i like this car, i like the model, but i wouldve like it better if none of the cars ever had decals on it. This looks like a challenge to build, thats why i wanted to build it.

How the heck would u get a green color with Gold and Yellow??? Kinda wrong there. I think theres another color.

Its not green dude. It looks grean when light reflects off of it at different angles.

Yes I agree with MR-2RaCeR, in some anle it looks green and some looks gold-yellow. I hope I can try it very soon when my Alclad II is arrived

Does anyone have any pics or knows what any of the tuner decals are on the rear bumper and side skirts?

well....Do you want every single manufacturer decal and the side one or just one or the other... I can tell you lotsa stuff about that car if you need it done.

You also have to convert the tail lights because the original ones are different from the aftermarket lights. You can by the book "The cars of the fast and the furious" by Eddie Paul. He built the cars and there are loads of nice pictures in it. IMO it's worth the money.
