Toyota/Lexus does have a V12 in production models. It's a 5.0L powerplant in the JDM only Century Limo. Well, I was intrigued, so I looked it up.

Theyre for the executives who dont drive and have chauferr...I'd take one any day...specially with the fender mirrors :D

Actually, many Centurys are chauffer driven. This is NOT a driver's car.
