No power in my 1997 Jimmy

My wife went to start our '97 Jimmy today and nothing happened. the key got stuck, but I read a different thread and found out how to get it out. I took the battery for a test and it was a little low, but working fine. There is no corrosion on the connectors and the fuses are fine. I have no lights, no chime, nothing at all. It's just as if there is no battery installed. Anybody have any idea what could be happening? Please help!

I'm taking this info off a 98 model, but I think the 97 is the same.
Check and see if you have 12 volts at the battery stud on the underhood electrical center.
If not, check the 175a mega fuse which is located on the radiator support near or below the battery.
This fuse powers everything except the starter and alternator.
