how do u lower a car in photoshop???

a quick and easy way would be to take the polygonal lasso tool, and go very closely around the bottom edge of the car and around the wheel wells, dont select the tire/rims tho, just where the body of the car is, then after you've done the whole bottom of the car, just run a straight line up one side, across the top, then back down to conect to the start point.

after that is done, hit CTRL-C, CTRL-V, then just press the down arrow until you get the lowered look.
