Someone plese tell me if i can engine swap in my 95 neon witha stock 2.0 in it with a 2.4 engine out of a dodge intrepid or avenger not sure which.

Well, not if it's an Avenger. The Avenger is a reskinned Mitsu, and has a Mitsu motor in it.
If the 2.4L you're looking at is coming out of a Stratus sedan, you should be good to go. TTI used to make a cool 2.4L swap kit for the Neon, but they're out of business for the time being. Good luck!
