ok,i have a 1500 with a 4.3 right now, i have the engine out getting ready to put in a 5.0, but i just ran across a, s-10 pickup for 150 bucks. the reason it is so cheap is b/c the guy wants the engine out of it, which is his 350, which he wants to drop down in a s10 blazer he bought. he said e will pull the engine out, but i have to tow the truck back to my house. im thinkin about the s-10, any opinions? thanks.

why not both? :iceslolan take the 4.3 out of your 1500, put it in the S10 for $150, and go ahead with the 5.0. Everybody wins!!

i really dont feel like insuring two vehicles when i only need one, so maybe i will do that, and sell the s10 after i drop a 4.3 in it.....
