Hi Group,
What is the groups opinion of the X-REAS system while 4 wheelin'? Anyone have any problems? (wheel lift, loss of traction, etc)

I have '03 4runner Sport and just took it offroad last week. Can't say there were any issues with X-REAS. What was truly great was the Downhill Assist Control (DAC). We were descending a steep rocky road above Idaho Springs, Colorado and in LO so I tried the DAC. It was noisy from all the computer switching the brakes, but the descent was very smooth and comfortable even over some sizable rocks. X-REAS is great on the highway....

Bought a 03 4runner sport edition with the x-reas on it and its great....i don't exactly go off roading but you can do 25 mph over a speed bump without feeling a thing.
