Im researching what car I want to buy, and I have come down to these:
The new ones:
2004 Toyota Celica
2004 Suburu Impreza WRX STI
2004 Mitsubuishi Lancer Evo VIII
2004 Mazda RX-8
2004 BMW Mini Cooper SI
The used ones:
'91 Mazda RX-7
'93-'99 Mitsubuishi 3000GT
'93 Toyota Supra
Which one should I get and why? Decsisions, decisions, decisison,.....
The new ones:

ok... everyone does the same thing here. you cant jsut come in here and say "WHats the best car for me" because no one will respond, you have to tell your driving habits, what you plan to use the car for, will it be driven in snow, that sort of thing. do you plan to mod the car, what kind of performance do ou want. even then it is all personal opinion. some people jsut dont like the way one car handles or how you have to rev it to 5000 rpm or it will stall or whatever. so refraise your question and the answers will come

Well, my suggestion is don't get the used cars you listed.
It is just too hard to find those cars with good conditions.
Even if you can find one, the cost of maintenance could be high.
If you can afford those new cars, then why not.
New cars comes with new car warranty, which saves a lot of trouble.
But it still depends on what you real want and need for in a car.
So you should first determine your needs and try to test drive all the car you have in mind if you can.
This will help you to know the car better.
Personally I would choose either the EVO or the STi
Its got the power and with rally-heritage. Also has room for 5 people.
I wouldn't pick the RX-8 because I don't have good experiences with rotary engines.
As for the Mini, I think it is too expensive.
And the Celica, it only bests in fuel economy, if thats what you want, go for it!!!
