where whould i be able to get a jdm dash and steering coloum i want and is there anything alse i should need to swith to right hand drive plz tell me

are you wanting to make it seem like a JDM or just have a right side drive? The JDM has a lot of options that werent available to us in the us. One teeeeney thing that i find cool is the map lights on the door handles.
Ok, well, I have a guy I know that lives in Japan and can get ANYTHING honda. So, Keep replying on this thread and im sure i can get ya anything you need. You'll of course need the tranny swap, the Kmph speedo and id recommend setting the odo to the correct kmph also. You will need to move your gas cable, and re do a WHOLE HELLUVA LOT of rewiring. or at least moving a lot of stuff. That is going to be alot of work man. Anyhoo, keep postin

Like I told you on AIM, you can ask me and save yourself a lot of time... to do a RHD conversion you're gonna have to get an entire JDM or EDM front clip. Why? Because everything is backwards. There's no way to just simply "switch it" over... if there was, every little riceboy on the street would be doing it. The battery switches sides to make room for the steering column, there's a throttle cable that wraps around the engine over to the right side, the clutch has to be changed so that its mechanisms are on the right, and you have to change the power steering stuff, if you have it. That's just under the hood. Now on to inside. First off you have to track down a JDM or EDM dash. That's tricky. They're pretty hard to find. Then you remove your USDM dash and put it in. Assuming that you already have the steering column moved over, yay! You're almost done! Have a seat, get used to the way it feels.. stomp the gas one good time. Oh... wait.... YOU DON'T HAVE PEDALS INSTALLED YET. OH NO!

I'm not saying this to tell you not to do it. I'm just saying that it would be a LOT easier to just either get a JDM del Sol, which is about the same cost as doing a piece by piece conversion, or try to find a JDM/EDM front clip with RHD, then mold the two together. Have fun. IMO, it's not worth it. Buy a JDM sol as a toy. But have fun doing everything.. like, say... going to your convenient drive up ATM, or drive through fast food place. And have a LOT of fun making right turns. I guarantee that you will eat more curb that ever before.

Here's a pic of a JDM sol engine bay (not the best). See the battery on the other side? and the extended wrap around throttle cable? It's a pain.. but JDM one piece headlights.. mmmmm.... I sure wouldn't mind hittin that from the back :naughty:
