I have an answer for you for the 1994.
Here it the process.
Open the driver side door and keep it open.
Manually lock the door.
Insert your key into the ingnition and turn it to "Run" (Do not start your jeep!)
Press and hold the Lock button on your remote for about 5 seconds. (the light should blink twice)
You should hear the doors unlock. That is how you will know your vehicle accepted the instructions.
You can program up to 4 (i think) remotes this way.
To complete the process you must turn the key off and turn it back on within 20 seconds of programming the last remote.Hope this helps, writing from memory.
