the porsche is painted with testors Boyd's Grape pearl and the corvette is testors Boyd's blue black pearl.And yes the wheels and tires dont look to proportioned......oh well!

Those are some great paint jobs. The rims look fine. I don't know what you were talking about. The paint is just so shiny and smooth.

Those are fantastic! Just beautiful paint jobs. Box stock? No one will complain if you make them so smooth and clean and.... wowee!

Yes they are both box stock....someday i'll expiremant with detailing.
I used a polishing kit then used meguires scratch x then meguires wax. Just make sure that the paint dries for 2 weeks

Absolutely perfect!

I've finally found the colour for my Diablo. Couple of questions though.

1/ Did you use spray can or airbrush for the body-colour?

2/Did you clearcoat?

Shot from spray can to an airbrush bottle,then thinned a little bit,sprayed from airbrush. And no there is know clearcoat.

Does the Boyd enamel go as hard as say Tamiya paints? Or does it stay slightly 'sticky' like normal Testors?

I really like a lot of the Boyds Testors colors. They look real good, and they are different from your every day Tamiya spray. Just a little different to work with.
