Projector Head Light Problems!

I Have A 91 Accord And I Put Projector Head Lights On The Car.every Thing Was Fine For About 3 Months Intill One Night The Lights Got Screwed Up. The Tern Singles Dont Blink But Stay On, The High Beams Work But The Low Beams Don't. In The Dash The Right Tern Single Indicator Light Is On But Not Blinking With Out The Single On. I Checked To See If There Was A Loose Wire But Coundn't Find Any. It Will Go Back To Normal When Ever It Feals Like It. Please Help! P.s I May Be Running To Much I Dont Know, I Have Side Markers,and The Oem Tern Singles On The Lower Bumper.
