Hey...
I've been trying to find how can I take out the headunit from the dash. I looked all over the internet but i couldnt. I just want to take it out, and maybe put in a new one, or connect an amp and subs to it. I also was thinking about jsut connecting an MP3 player to it, but i dont know if it has an AUX input since i haven't been able to look at it. So if anyone knows how i can take the haed unit out, or where i can read about it, please either answer here, or even better, email me at xpl0sive22@hotmail.com
Thanks

I just installed a cd player in my camry...its a 96. Not sure what year yours is but to get that plastic cover off all you have to do is take a flat head screw driver and stick it under the plastic cover and push up on both sides of the cover from about a half an inch from the edge....it'll pry the cover right off....its a snap on/off type of thing and from there you'll have access to the brackets which hold the factory deck in....you'll have to buy a whole new deck if you have a camry thats the same year as mine being that mine didn't have any auxillary outputs...or you could by a converter to attach and amp.....your call
