In progress Veilside S15Sigmaman 09-26-2003, 06:06 PM Fujimi Veilside S15 Silvia.Painted in Mitsubishi yellow gold enamel clear over base and cleared with Glasurit 2pack clear. This is a paint trial colour from work(I work for Mitsubishi Australia)so you cant buy it.I closed the original exhaust outlet in the rear bar and opened up the centre to accept a Fujimi StMay Shotgun twin muffler.I lowered the model and will spray the Fujimi BRS MIO wheels with Alclad II when I'm nearer to completion. I may add a GT style rear wing,as I feel it needs something to balance out the aggressive front bar. We'll see.I used the kit rear wing on another project. Any suggestions, especially on interior treatments/colours will be welcome.Im moving house shortly so I wont be posting any more progress pics for a while as everything is packed away,I did all this at work.Enjoy. Sigmaman 01-23-2004, 06:53 PM An update on this one, will post pics as soon as I get some(no digital camera).Am changing the wheels to Veilside Goltdish(looks pretty sweet too).Have finished the exhaust.Made the splitter to the twin mufflers from lead wire.Have painted the interior in blue with body colour accents.looks pretty rude(like the Veilside bodykit). Will be using the GT wing from the Aoshima R32 Veilside Combat2 Skyline.I've painted it in Alclad chrome and it suits the lines of the car nicely.I'm working on about 8 models at the moment, thats why progress takes so long. Will update again soon. 70 Dodge Superbee 57 Corvette AE86 Levin 92 Soarer V8 R32 GTR S13(early)180SX REAnemiya RX7(what a peice of crap that kit is,this one will take forever) Pennzoil 92 Firebird pro stock(three quarters complete) all in progress ADVANFAN 01-24-2004, 05:01 AM can't wait to see the finished product! hope your going to paint the headlight and taillights stock again. remus_nl 01-24-2004, 03:01 PM i love veilside cars you made it pefect aspecialy with the color great work pettercardoso 01-24-2004, 03:26 PM Leave it wingless... btw, great colour :D chaos 01-24-2004, 05:32 PM Agree with the others on the colour - very cool! rx7king 02-27-2004, 04:54 PM i love that color.
