hey does anyone know of any non 240SX seats that will fit the 240SX? Leather looks nice but something comfy is what i want. Will any seats fit in the 240sx as long as i bolt in the rails too? Is that even possible? well i know it would be possible but is it a bad idea? Taurus SHO seats are realy realy nice and comfy and I have a pair ready but does anyone know if i would be able to hook up all the eletrical parts of the seat cause they got a shitload of motors and stuff inside them.

Also if i rip out the rear seats how much weight will the car loose from that?

oh and what about the new sentra ser vspec seats, arent they sposed to be skyline inspired that might be cool, but has anyone ever sat in those seats? How do they feel?

those spec v seats are nice, i sat in them.
but they look a little blah. something along the lines of mynismos ugly ass seat covers that he used to have on his 240.


they arent good for every car. depends the color of ur car.

Black w/Red is the only ONLY color option the seat comes in, and its a combination of both, and sort of a meshy look to it.

350z seats bolt on i not sure if comfy though

also r33 seats i think are bolt on

ever think about j30 seats? im sure they are bolt on but i couldn't tell you, im sure their comfy being that its a luxary car

re-upholstered 350z seats would rock the hizzouse.

i would upholster the orange part to a nice greyish, silver color, to give it a modern theme.

r-32 seats are extra nice...get the grey/black ones....nice...holds you in nice too. I got to sit in the passenger side of a skyline...i feel so proud

oh you know...sparco...or you COULD bolt in a lazy boy :grinno: And it would even be legal

i doubt the SHO seats will fit. s13s have a weird bump right under where your right leg is when you're sitting in the driver's seat.

what year do you have??? I like my s-14 seats in my RPS-13 The driver seat has adjustable lumbar too...

thr JDM s14 seats are a tad diffrent than usdm, they hug u in a bit more,,,,, i got them from a friend who was getting 350Z seats....he sold it to me for 200 bucks

as for comfy and stuff.....it makes a BIG diffrence, i HATE s13 seats they are so GAY and UNCOMFY

BUT.....the seats DO raise you a little....sometimes its uncomfortable.....just sometiems....uy gotta find the right angle degree....etc...

these are just temporary.....cuz i dont like sitting high....i like sitting low.....

And yeah, I hate it too, but it dont look too bad. Especially since its in good condition other than the nasty-ass carpet and seats. Which is being taken care of.

And if you've read my post then you would know that I was considering painting it, but decided to stay with the ugliness because I would rather spend the money on something useful. I.E. Engine, Drivetrain etc.

I found the most shizznizzliest skyline seats that would match my interior, and make all the brown/tan haters bow down. But the bastard was askin 1k for it... 2 mucho for me.

We just bought some 350z track model seats w/ Katzskins off ebay! :D Will post a pic if anyone is interested once we get them installed.
