hey guys, i got a 97 cavy and it doesnt have a tach., although i have an aftermarket tach in my possession, im having problems finding the coil to attatch the wires onto, any suggestions? :banghead:

Its not too hard if you know where the coil is. On my cavi its right under the air filter hose. There are 2 different prongs. One has 2 wires running from it the other has like 6. The wire coming from the tach goes to one of the wires from the one that has the 6 wires on it. Its either the red and orange or the white. I can find out for sure if you are still interested. dexter12@cox.net

Once you find the Coils it is The Purple with white stripe for the tach lead if it is The 2.2L engine it is on the back of the block
