Quick RX7 question

Hi folks,

just a quick question for you RX7 (late model) fans. I am thinking of opening the rear hatch but have had no luck finding ref pics.

Is the centre section of the long light piece part of the boot lid or does it remain where it is when opened? Has anybody got an open pic?
