I was needing to know the how abouts to install this rear strut bar.

I'm trying to remember what the rear of the Accords look like but it should be straight forward.

Pull back the carpet to expose both shock mounts. The strut bar will have holes on either side. Unbolt those same holes from the top of the shocks. Put the strut tower bar on, put bolts on and torque down to about 40 ft/lbs.

Do i need to jack the car up til the wheels are off the ground before i put it on?

no need to lift the car... all you have to do is flip down your rear seats then remove the left and right seat cushions to expose your strut tower. then bolt your rear strut bar on. you're gonna have to cut holes in your trunk lining though, so make it neat.
