I have a 97 altima and I want to know if coilovers are a good to put on my car. Are they better than lowering springs or what? Also what is a good brand of coilover to buy. Any suggestions on lowering this car.

Coilovers are good so that you have the ability to adjust the ride height whenever you want to.

The best coilever out there for the year Altima you have is Ground Control
