Parking lights will not turn off

I have a problem. My Aspire was recently blowing fuses for the parking lights. It quickly increased from a fuse randomly blowing to them blowing the second that you turned on the parking lights. Now for some reason, whenever you put a fuse in it, it will not blow, but the parking lights will come on and not turn off. Even if the car is off and key out of the ignition. Has this ever happened to anyone? I am stumped.

check the rellay and the switch. the rellay could be stuck.

Thanks. I checked the relay but I don't think that is it. I unplugged it and the lights stayed on. I have yet to check the switch. Would a bad switch cause it to blow fuses like it was?
