I was wondering whats the highest psi I can go up to using normal pump Gas.also I was wondering whats compression level is safe for pump gas?

Around 7 psi.

With good tuning (read: not an FMU, AFC hack, or SMC+) and if you get 93/94 octane you can push 11-12 PSI on stock compression.
