2001 Toyota Camry 4-door sedanjeffmorris 09-13-2003, 08:51 PM My mother has a 2001 Toyota Camry 4-door sedan with 4-cylinder engine. She also had 1995 and 1998 Toyota Camry 4-door sedans with 4-cylinder engines. All three cars didn't give us any problems. We had 1981 and 1982 Oldsmobile Omega sedans with 4-cylinder engines. These cars had some problems. Anyway, the bad news is that my mother bought the 2001 Toyota Camry in black. Sometimes, I confuse my mother's car with any other similar cars painted black after leaving stores. Any suggestions? Jeffrey. MayesToy2k4 09-14-2003, 08:44 PM I would suggest maybe a license plate frame, but not the gaudy ones you can buy at Pep Boys or like stores. Or you could tie somekind of ribbon around a mirror, or a bumper sticker. There's not many suggestions I can give because most of them involve an antenna, which Camrys of your era do not have (they're in the back window). There are certainly a lot of Camrys out there! :dogpile: That's just my :2cents: Good luck! jeffmorris 09-15-2003, 06:54 AM My mother's car used to have license plate frames but we removed them because they are "illegal" in NYC. A few months ago, the Mayor ordered the police officers to write tickets for every law in the book that were broken.
