potential setup... advice needed

ok, so I've been thinking about this and I want to know what you guys think.. what are the good and bad points, and most of all, will it work and how well?

1994 2dr Acura integra LS (automatic, better for index racing),
swapped B18c GSR motor,
yet to be determined turbo charger, and
other small upgrades (i/e, fuel system,ect.)

gsr motor requires a manual tranny, unless ur willing to put down some big bucks for the change which i never heard any one have done. even if this is possible not to mention pointless, ur not using the motor to its full potential, since its an auto.
