I'm beginning to think I will be execising my lemon-law rights.
I also tried to get Don Davis Nissan to admint that the suspension is not up to expected performance....major feathering on front wheels. :banghead:

Holy Christ! From a Nissan...this is truely a first. No offense, but could it be something you're doing? I knew someone that had a BMW M Roadster that never used to use first gear...she said it "had no purpose". I desperatly tried to change her mind, but she wouldn't have it. Just wondering if you had some odd quark like that. I've never heard of anything like that from a Nissan.

man, I was so afraid of that. I've been reading the forums and have read about the 350z flaws more than seldom. Did you get a low milegage 2nd hand car? I, personally, would never buy a used sports car because,
you're suppose to drive mildly (60mph or under) for the first 2000 miles or so, in order to nicely break in the engine etc. Usually, people would drive the crap out of their new sports car and sell it. By the time you get it, you're stuck with the future problems of that car.

I wouldn't make a judgement based on this one incident (sp.). I've never heard of any problems with the Z. Afterall...it is a Nissan.

Wow. No shit? Where the hell have I been? I haven't heard of any problems with the new Zs except in the newest issue of either car & driver or road & track, they said the rear brake pads were starting to rub a little at the end of their long term test. The dealer fixed it for free...no big deal.

Most of the ones ive heard about are people with early 03 Z's.
