Folks,

Can anyone with a built Tamiya Enzo Ferrari tell me whether you can see the engine front cover, pulleys, belt, etc.? I'm considering machining the pulleys, but I think perhaps you can't really see them all that well.

No. Pulleys are not visible on the Enzo.. The engine faces a firewall that prevents viewing of that side of the engine.. (going off of memory here)

I was just examining both the Revell and Tamiya kits last night, and the pulleys look almost totally obscured. Kinda that way for the actual car, too - at least from the pics.

Though I have been contemplating putting metal pins into the rear undertray of the Tamiya car to leave it removable, as the comparable part is in Tamiya's 360 Modena. Might be worth machined pulleys if you considered something like that...

Hey Chuck! Yes, I am going to make a removable pan under the engine. So, I've sent off my machining order to Robert Bentley at RB Motion. He's the man!
