Hope this isn't too late for your "old man's" as you put it, birthday, but there many online places to find one. I prefer PelicanParts.com myself, but there are many. I suggest that no matter where you buy it, make certain you buy a factory shift kit, compared to a cheaper after market kit, if you want it to be durable... Good Luck!
