Well im thinking about get Cold air intake for my 99 civic LX
Ive been looking around for Air intake then i went to my car pop my hood and i saw this one box on left side and seems like it will get in the way where air filter should be (from what i see on all pics on other sites) i also have pics of my engine so u can see what im talking about

What is that box ?
Will it get in the way if i put air intake in and if it is can i removed it or what can i do ?
also Any good air intake recommend ?

It's a resonator. To install the CAI, everything before the intake manifold must be removed including the resonator.

ya all that black plastic stuff you take out if you get a full cold air intake... as far as good companies you cant go wrong with AEM and Injen. I personally have Injen and I love it!
