I have a 1996 Honda Civic Ex......I was wondering if I can put a 1999-2000 Civic Si front spoiler on an EX.

If so, where can i find it?

Yup, of course you can. I actually have a Civic Type-R style lip on my '00 Civic coupe. Check out www.groupbuycenter.com A shop on there called Island Motorsports is selling Si and CTR style front lips.
