is it posible and do u think my stock d16y8 will hold up with the supercharger boosting 7-8 psi? and if so whats the highest shot i should use ?

Will it hold up? Sure... for how long? 100 miles? 1,000? 10,000? You wont know.

Boost doesn't kill motors, STUPID PEOPLE using boost kills motors.

Get it properly tuned and keep up with the maintenance and you should be fine. Also do a compression test before you put the s/c on to see if your motor is healthy.

Highest shot? Depends on what you want to spend. If you upgrade your fuel supply (pump, injectors, etc) you can spray more than a stock motor. You should also get it properly tuned by a professional so they can set your timing to avoid detonation.
