Each color gets it's own layer, some of these chops had as many as 60 layers. Good way to kill a couple hours. Hope you enjoy... Nice job HTM...I'll have to try this one when I get home tonight... CL Import_Tuner 08-15-2003, 02:51 PM Nice job HTM...I'll have to try this one when I get home tonight... CL Hey Yup nice job! Seems like the time put in was worth it :bigthumb: Graphik Styles 08-15-2003, 03:22 PM damn those look wicked....i cant do that if my life depended on it....its too hard to outline that crap.......way too hard......good job CivicLeader 08-15-2003, 03:22 PM Hey Yup nice job! Seems like the time put in was worth it :bigthumb: :iagree: :werd: johnyrengo 08-15-2003, 03:44 PM Those are so sweet, I really wanna learn how to do that. Do you use illustrator? Honkeytonk Monkey 08-15-2003, 06:21 PM Those are so sweet, I really wanna learn how to do that. Do you use illustrator? Image ready. It comes with photoshop and is much easier to use. Less technical. It's perfect for stuff like car chops. I'd only use photoshop for something I'm getting paid for. Ran 08-15-2003, 06:43 PM those are sweet man, sweeeet. EMAXX 08-15-2003, 07:03 PM You must have a ton of time to spend. Those do look awesome though. crxlvr 08-15-2003, 11:03 PM i admire that kinda work, it takes loads of time and patience to make it look that good. i would love to try it, but i have a problem where i cant keep my hand steady to make straight lines, so its to hard for me. Honkeytonk Monkey 08-15-2003, 11:56 PM i would love to try it, but i have a problem where i cant keep my hand steady to make straight lines, so its to hard for me. To make a straight line, click once where you want the line to start, move the cursor to where you want it to end , hold SHIFT and click again. Voila, a straight line appears :) ci5ic 08-16-2003, 12:21 AM Well, I was screwing around with an idea like that, and maybe it would save time if you did the black outline on it's own layer, and then use the "Cutout" filter... Looks pretty good that way IMO. I love the results you get though. Good work! Whoa. Its nice to know im not the only one! most of the time however its because im worried i might mess it up, but i found a way round it. Just get the lasso tool and do a rough cut round the object, then paste it where i want then rub out the bits i dont want. (for bumpers etc.) SPIKO 08-17-2003, 03:37 PM Thats some cool shit dude. crxlvr 08-17-2003, 10:11 PM Whoa. (for bumpers etc.) yea but even that way i usally rub out part of the line i need. i think ill try the shift technique. Related Links Participate in thousands of discussions at AutomotiveForums.com!
