Or a really bad situation... Like helping your neighbor pull the 3.5L V6 out of his Chrysler LHS. Because the damn lube shop left the oil filter loose, and the engine had no oil pressure. And most of the oil is now all over the engine compartment.

Oh yeah? Well it's not a verb in "Holy fuck" either - it's a noun. "Holy macaroni" and "Holy cow" Since those are both nouns, and you can't possibly "macaroni" something or somebody - it would seem that "fuck" in this instance would assume the role as a noun.
