In a way I agree, I nice BRG or racing livey would be more my style. However, compared to some of the abominations seen around these days building it as a movie car is appealing too.

Doing a nice job on it so far Seb. Why do you keep punishing yourself with these poorly engineered kits?

What other movie cars do you have to build? Fancy a Steve McQueen Porsche 917K from "Le Mans".

It does look great, and we'll be seeing a great car made here! also, great choice of subject!

although i m not that sure about the accuracy of the thing covering the closed down roof, IIRC, it should be smaller in shape... just a suggestion...

Oh, and tell me , is that 1/24th?

Olivier

Olivier, you are fully right, the thing covering the closed down roof is not accurate ! and moreover you don't have see the seats yet...

Your gunze one is really more accurate, but as i want to do a fast kit, i will not complains about ...and i will leave this like that, i just do my best to filled gap.

Yes it is a 1:24 one, from revell-monogram.
No news pics of yours ?

Here s an update, the body is paint with RAL5002 duplicolor paint and england flag decals were put : what a nightmare, the result is not very top, the decal was so thick :-( hard to bend , and not very well design to match the curve (lot of mistake around wheels archs) :-(

but here is some pics :

Is this a Revell Jaguar with an aftermarket decal sheet or it's an "austin powers" kit?

Oh yeah, great job so far, it looks really sweet.

That looks great Seb. The fit of the decals looks spot on in the photos.
When you say "already paint" do you mean the figure came prepainted?

Sorry guys for the late reply,
i take some days of vacations far from computers and models.

[BIGFRIT-OLIVIER] the eyes are like that..this is not a angle effect but this is an "AUSTIN POWER Face" :-p

[RallyRaider-Phil] hum..not prepaint...but completly paint.. the figure shown is like the first time i open the modelbox.

I hope to put more pics in the days coming (i am still in hollydays) and show you some progress...but first : a clear coat must be done.
