Could someone please send me the link for the site about the flashing "S" problem. I have a 90 Honda Accord EX that has this problem. It also has a problem going in and out of lock up. I unpluged the upper servo and that problem stopped. But the flashing "S" is still there. The transmission changes perfectly, just doesnt go into lock up. Im sure that I would get better gas mileage if this was fixed. Thanks for any and all help.

Hi. I bought my 91 Acccord and it wouldn't go into overdrive. I changed the thermostat and it fixed it. If the engine doesn't reach operating temp then it will not shift to overdrive. The "S" problem may be in the Transmission Control Module. I found that on here. Changed mine and its working so far. Check salvage yards for a good deal on them. fixed mine for $100. The dealer wanted $498.
