What's the difference between V-SPEC and V-SPEC II?

I've always had the same question... What's the difference between the Skyline GT-R R34 V-SPEC and the Skyline GT-R R34 V-SPEC II?
All I know is the V-SPEC II's hood is carbon fibre and has an opening... and? That's all?
Question has been frustraiting me for a couple years now and keeps piling up...:dogpile:
