I think it's hilarious and pathetic when these kids build these trailer queens without even touching the suspension or the motor exept for some lowering spings and some hot wheels muffler. but i also hate the stock looks of cars..even if its really nice. it always lacks something, like a nice lip of some sort.

amen to that. even my POS Pontiac, which should be in a junkyard and not on the road, has beaten a few of these trailer fairies. some people just need to get their priorities straight.

Sorry so sound so off.. but what I think about the trailer queens is good for them... I mean, if your car is never gonna go faster than 25MPH then why get a extreme race suspension... or any susp. for that matter.. I can say that having carbon kevlar hoods and turbos on show only cars is dumb, but it about points.. I would say "open the hood man" but never ask to take off their rims and check their suspension settings (catch my point??) ANyways, when I see lime green civic with 20's and APC (a piece of crap) exhaust trying to bust my ass when I pimp my sis's Hyundai, then I lay it down.. but I wouldn't hit a car show and be like "hey man, I'll race you" and I wouldn't expect them to be all like, "wheres your subs and TV's??" when they see my faded paint hatch.. PEaS!!!!

The best kind of car is a sleeper. One that looks as stock as the day it came off the line, but can rip shittalkers a new one, as they just gawk with their airplane bodykit and seizure inducing graphics/paintjob. :bigthumb:

i kinda have to disagree. i'm not about show at all. BUT, when i'm with my friend in his civic si, which is super all show, its usually people trying to race him not the other way around. i guess it draws attention.

I am not really a fan of imports but sleepers are always the best. There is nothing better than pulling up in a stock looking or beat up car and beating everybody.

that's why i'm doing my entire suspension, drivetrain and engine modifications before i even think of doing anything to the body of my car.

I like to have a little "show". Besides if I go "All show, No Go" I dont have to worry about people pulling up to me since I dont give them the time of day. :dunno:
