car will not start

i have a 1987 bmw and it will not start the fuel pump is ok 40psi but injecters will not fire,or the coil i think my computer died but not sure could sumone help please.

Most likely sounds like the Crank Sensor. It is bolted to the front cover of your engine. It picks up a signal from the balancer for cylinder identification, therefore letting the ECM know when to fire. All this if for sure your injectors are not firing and your coils are not firing. Also you may want to check the Main Relay, very common problem on your car. It is either a silver relay or a white relay in the front power distribution box under the hood next to the airbox.
