This ride belongs to HX_Guy, a member of SHO and some other web boards. I stumbled onto this short movie file of his car at idle, and it sounds nothing like any other Honda that I've ever heard.

He's got a 1997 Civic HX with a B20Z2 engine swap, it has a cold air intake, JDM ITR header, and Crower 62404 race cams (post located originally at http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/Forum40/HTML/008613.html). Here's the download site:
