radio problem

i have just tried to install my cd player into my new 1995 plymoth neon. i installed all the wires correctly like there spouse to be and cd player still does not work and to top it off i put my factory radio back in and taht did not work..i heard it could be some codes but i dont know...and where do i get that fix. or what else could it be. i have also check all the fuses and they are fine. well thank you and email me at

What isn't working? Is the CD player even turning on?

When I installed the CD player in my car I ended up running a new power wire directly to the battery.
